This is the Asia Room. Philippians 4:13 is the border. The people in this home were so hospitable. We didn't lack anything, including the Americanized electrical outlets I needed for dyring my hair.

Go to the store. Look at the thread in the craft section. Does it say Coats? If so, that same Coats family began here. This is the house they built. It's where we stayed for a good portion of our trip.

This is called the quiet corner. It is the most sacred place that I found in this Iona abbey.

Can't remember the name of this one..it's in Paisley.
We climbed the cobwebbed stairway that you can barely see behind the trees. It was a little scary...but fun.
Paisley Abbey. We got our own personal tour guide through this place. The history is amazing.

Isle of Iona

If you ever go to Scotland this island is a must see. People can actually stay there for awhile and work with the church. I thought about it...who knows?

The sheep at the top of this hill stopped to pose for a couple pics. He was nice.

Transportation

We traveled by plane, by train, by bus, by ferry, by taxi, by car and by foot. Sometimes, all of the above in one day.
Train station in Stirling. I caught it just after a train had picked up all the people.

There were all kinds of stores here in the station..incluing Claire's and The Body Shop. If you look at the rounded building on the left (with the dome on top)...that's where we went to church on Sunday. It was a really nice hotel. The service was absolutely great. Wish I could go back every Sunday.

The playground

The playground equipment was so different. I wish I would have taken more pictures. Here's a sample.
